 Job Summary 

We are seeking a Chief of Staff reporting directly to the CEO to help manage a broad range of projects and coordinate work of the senior management team.  Activities include, but are not limited to: developing presentation material, analyzing various financial modelscoordinating meetings, tracking objectives, and supporting business plan development. 

 Responsibilities 

  • Work closely with CEO and executive team to help drive the most critical initiatives of the company 
  • Support CEO in decision-making, project management and strategic projects 
  • Manage and ensure appropriate and timely follow up on internal and external requests for information or action and support accountability to commitments 
  • Work with the leadership team to help build and implement company strategy 
  • Act as a key partner on ad hoc special projects as needed 

 Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics  
  • Technical background and 5+ years of relevant experience 
  • Self-driven with a demonstrated ability to rapidly assess ambiguous problems and develop well-structured and effective project management solutions 
  • Proven leadership skills 
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills, business judgement, and resourcefulness 
  • Trustworthy with sensitive information   
  • Ability to quickly produce high-quality analysis and presentation materials using Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze large amounts of information and data quickly 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and experience collaborating with senior executives across a large organization 
  • Track record of executing in fast paced environments
